Having a mini bar, central heating, and flat-screen TV in our well presented and absolutely perfect room. A bathroom is equipped with bathtubs.

We had a nice triple room facing street. The hotel was in a perfect location, in the hills above Tremezzo. Moreover, it's really close to the lake, local sights and the beautiful garden where the sun already shines in the morning and the sweet cat is already playing outside.

We were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, loved its beautiful and absolutely perfect location short walk to the beautiful garden and local food serving restaurants.

Impeccably designed inn, surrounded by mountains and foliage, offering a refuge from tourist activity. Conveniently located with a helpful and generous host who exceeded our expectations.

I always stay at this amazing place in Tremezzo. The staff is kind and helped my old parents. It suits me perfectly with everything I need: free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, welcome drink. Can't wait to come back!

The highlight of our stay was the delicious Italian breakfast served in the garden, complete with freshly prepared eggs and seasonal fruit. we loved exploring the hidden paths and old villas along the way to the hotel, making our walks even more enjoyable.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. the rooms varied in size, which was a bit disappointing considering we were a family.

As a frequent traveler, I often look for convenient accommodations during my transit, and Casa Lumaca Bed & Breakfast proved to be the perfect choice. Located just 59 km from the nearest airport, it was incredibly convenient for me to reach and saved me a lot of time and hassle.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lumaca Bed & Breakfast in Tremezzo. The beautiful building is located in a stunning area and we especially enjoyed having breakfast outside in the hotel garden. The breakfast itself was great, with a variety of options including fresh fruits, cheese, and homemade cakes. The staff at the B&B were incredibly helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was also convenient, allowing us to easily walk to nearby attractions such as the ferry. We were impressed with the responsiveness of the staff before our stay, and the owner Marina was particularly kind and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time.
